The Fine print
Items are separated into boxes of 10 items. We will do our best to exchange quality for quality items, example an item that was purchased as at a name brand store will be exchanged to the best of our ability for like branded items. If an item sent is not suitable for our exchange program due to wear issues rips or stains, you will have the option to either have the items sent back at your shipping expense or we will donate items to a local charity of our choosing.
